Helmut --
Tomorrow, voters in New York's 9th Congressional District will head to the polls in a special election for a U.S. House seat.
The Democratic candidate is David Weprin, an Assemblyman who will fight for middle-class families and seniors when he gets to Washington. David's opponent would make drastic changes to Medicare and Social Security. The choice here is clear.
We've identified voters in the district who we need to contact and make sure they vote for David. Can you encourage these voters to turn out to vote tomorrow by calling them using our simple tool?
Polls are showing it's a close one, but I know we can win this if we get voters to show up to the polls. Turnout will be key to this election, so every vote counts.
Volunteers on the ground have been knocking on doors, making calls, and reaching out to people they know. Now that we're in the home stretch, the whole state needs to pull together to help out -- and make sure New York sends another Representative to Washington who will stand with Democrats and fight for the values we share.
Use our call tool here -- and call a few voters tonight:
Thanks,
