Today's Election Day -- so, for goodness' sake, if you haven't already and have the chance, go vote.

After you do, we need to turn our attention to the task in front of us -- because in exactly 52 weeks, the 2012 election will be over.

Think about all the work we'll need to do between now and then to make sure we re-elect President Obama -- knocking on doors, registering voters, opening offices, making calls. It's work that needs to be sustained over the course of the campaign, and it can't wait for next year, when more voters will start to pay attention to the race.
