Eurogroup President and Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker on Sunday announced details of the financial deal that is to bail out the Greek government from its financial troubles, following a conference call between all the finance ministers of the 16 EU member states that are in the eurozone.
Juncker said the deal will involve 30 billion euros of fund that will be made available by the other eurozone countries, while the International Monetary Fund will also contribute.
Juncker said the economic data on the first quarter for Greece is "encouraging" and shows that the measures taken by the government are paying off.
